Turisme de Barcelona staff have been trained to assist visitors with special needs.
The office is located inside the building that houses the Diocesan Museum of Barcelona, a building located on the left side if we look at the façade of the Cathedral from the front.
This office is
NOT accessible to wheelchair users. To access it, it is necessary to climb the four steps located on the façade of the historic building.
The information desk is equipped with a magnetic loop system. The guided Walking Tours which start from this information point, also have a magnetic necklace loop.
