Accessibility details
This tourist information point is located inside a historical monument and on a lower level than the street. Access is down a few stairs, so the office is not accessible for wheelchair users, and it is difficult to access for people with reduced mobility.
The viewing gallery at the top of the monument is
NOT wheelchair accessible, due to the narrow space inside the lift.
Access to the information office and shop, in view of the fact that it is located underground, there is a chairlift for wheelchair users. The chairlift is at the entrance on the Rambla side (not the one on Portal de la Pau). If you require the chairlift, please inform a member of staff.
The information desk is equipped with a magnetic loop system.
